Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup
When the police tape comes down, the scene is still a biohazard. We take it from there: completely, discreetly, and with the paperwork your carrier will ask for.

Licensed & certified
Summary
All Island Bio-Recovery has handled trauma and crime scene remediation across Long Island and the five boroughs for 19 years. The work covers blood cleanup, suicide cleanup, unattended death, homicide, industrial and vehicle accidents, and tear gas remediation.
Please do not attempt this yourself, and please do not call a general cleaning service. Bloodborne pathogens survive on surfaces long after a scene looks clean, and porous material (subfloor, drywall, upholstery, insulation) holds contamination that surface cleaning cannot reach. Our technicians hold OSHA HAZWOPER and Bloodborne Pathogens certification, and we are licensed by the EPA and NYSDEC to transport what comes out of the property.
What the work covers
Blood and body fluid removal
Every contaminated surface, plus the material beneath it. Flooring, subfloor, drywall, baseboard and framing are cut back to a clean line where contamination has travelled.
Unattended death and decomposition
Decomposition reaches further than the visible stain. We remove affected material, treat the substrate, and run vapour-phase odour work until the space tests clean by smell and by inspection.
Suicide and homicide scenes
Handled with the family, funeral director or property manager, not around them. We work to the boundary you set, and nothing leaves the property without your say-so.
Tear gas and chemical agent residue
CS and OC residue settles into fabric and HVAC. We strip, wash down and filter the space rather than masking it.
Vehicle and industrial accidents
Cars, trucks, plant machinery and commercial premises, including reinstatement of the surrounding area.

Most of our services, crime scene cleanup included, are covered by homeowners insurance. Where a crime has been committed, remediation for eligible victims and their families may be covered by the New York State Office of Victim Services. We work with the carrier directly.
The assessment is free and it happens before any work is agreed. You get a written scope, and you get told honestly which route applies, including when the answer is that nothing here is claimable.
After a tragedy you should not be left with the aftermath of a tragedy and a bill. That has been this company's position since it started.
