what you tell us.

What we collect

If you use the form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, the town or borough you are in, the service you selected and anything you write in the message field. If you telephone us we keep the notes taken during that call. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, to schedule an assessment, and to keep a record of the work if you become a client. Where a job is billed to an insurer or an agency, the relevant records are shared with that carrier or agency in order to settle the claim.

Text messages

The consent checkbox on our form applies only to us contacting you about your enquiry. We will not use your information for marketing and we will not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Reply STOP to any message to end it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Job records are kept for as long as the law and our licensing require, which for regulated waste manifests is a defined statutory period.

Confidentiality

The nature of this work means we hold information people would not want repeated. We do not publish addresses, photographs of identifiable properties, or details of any job without written permission from the client. The letters on this site are published with the permission of the people who wrote them.
