Local notes
Large buildings mean shared systems. On a decomposition or a sewage job in a multi-family property, the riser, the corridor and the ventilation all have to be considered, not just the unit. Otherwise the odour complaint moves rather than stops.
Where a city agency, a housing authority or a management company is commissioning the work, the documentation requirement is usually specific. Tell us which body needs the report and we will produce it in the form they want.

Most people we work for pay nothing out of pocket.
Most of our services, crime scene cleanup included, are covered by homeowners insurance. Where a crime has been committed, remediation for eligible victims and their families may be covered by the New York State Office of Victim Services. We work with the carrier directly.
The assessment is free and it happens before any work is agreed. You get a written scope, and you get told honestly which route applies, including when the answer is that nothing here is claimable.
After a tragedy you should not be left with the aftermath of a tragedy and a bill. That has been this company's position since it started.
