The borough's low-lying south and east shores carry a real flood exposure, and a proportion of the water losses we attend here are the second or third event in the same property. Where that is the case, the monitoring log matters more than usual, because carriers look closely at repeat claims.
Detached and semi-detached housing gives us more room to work than the other boroughs, which usually means containment can be tighter and the household can stay in more of the property while the job runs.

Most people we work for pay nothing out of pocket.
Most of our services, crime scene cleanup included, are covered by homeowners insurance. Where a crime has been committed, remediation for eligible victims and their families may be covered by the New York State Office of Victim Services. We work with the carrier directly.
The assessment is free and it happens before any work is agreed. You get a written scope, and you get told honestly which route applies, including when the answer is that nothing here is claimable.
