Nassau work is overwhelmingly residential and overwhelmingly close together, which matters more than it sounds: on an attached or semi-attached property, containment and odour control have to account for the neighbours as well as the household. So does discretion, which is why our vehicles carry no signage.
A large share of our Nassau calls come through funeral directors, property managers and police referrals rather than from an internet search. If you have been given our number by one of them, say so when you call and we will pick up the thread.

Most people we work for pay nothing out of pocket.
Most of our services, crime scene cleanup included, are covered by homeowners insurance. Where a crime has been committed, remediation for eligible victims and their families may be covered by the New York State Office of Victim Services. We work with the carrier directly.
The assessment is free and it happens before any work is agreed. You get a written scope, and you get told honestly which route applies, including when the answer is that nothing here is claimable.
After a tragedy you should not be left with the aftermath of a tragedy and a bill. That has been this company's position since it started.
