Almost every Manhattan property we work in has a building management layer between us and the client. We are used to it: COIs filed in advance, freight booked, protection laid on common floors, and work timed to the window we are given.
Clinical and commercial decontamination in Manhattan is nearly always scheduled out of hours. Where you need a facility back in use by a fixed time the following morning, say so at the first call so the method is chosen with that deadline in it.

Most people we work for pay nothing out of pocket.
Most of our services, crime scene cleanup included, are covered by homeowners insurance. Where a crime has been committed, remediation for eligible victims and their families may be covered by the New York State Office of Victim Services. We work with the carrier directly.
The assessment is free and it happens before any work is agreed. You get a written scope, and you get told honestly which route applies, including when the answer is that nothing here is claimable.
After a tragedy you should not be left with the aftermath of a tragedy and a bill. That has been this company's position since it started.
