Sal, Marco, and crew, Just a note to say a hearty thank you to you and your crew. You often say that when people meet you it’s usually the worst day of their lives. And how you met our family was no different. It was truly the worst day of my sister’s life. And not only did you do what you were called upon to in her home that night, you went so far above and beyond that our family can only call you and your crew a Godsend! Representing my sister and her family’s best interests with the insurance company, arranging for a new furnace, and setting them up in a hotel was more than anyone could ever hope for. But putting in the hours you all did to clean her home and have every stitch of clothing laundered to ease the difficult day when they returned home is an amazing selfless act of which our family is still beside ourselves over. The compassion and concern that you and your crew demonstrated is something that we will always be grateful for! Thanks again for everything.
Sal at All Island Bio Recovery has been an absolute professional and extremely helpful. We had a very difficult hoarding situation to deal with and All Island Bio Recovery was very flexible in coming to give an estimate and coming up with different plans to help alleviate the intractable problem. To the Staff at All Island, We are a small non-profit that provides housing with supportive services to formerly homeless women. We are lucky that in our eleven years we never needed a service like yours until recently and even more luckily that when we did need such a service, we found your company. One of our tenants died in her bedroom in an apartment she shared with three other women. It seems to have been suicide. Our staff has had to deal with their own feelings of guilt and anger while at the same time working with our other tenants who knew and wee friends with this woman. Added to that, the amount of paperwork and general administrative headache in a situation like this is astonishing. On top of that, there was the physical site to consider. It was such a relief to have professionals to take care of what turned out to be an especially difficult job. Everyone we worked with was pleasant, professional, and went above and beyond. The work you do is so important and so useful. There is no way we could have done he work as quickly, as safely, or as well. It has spared our staff a great deal of trauma. This is not a job that people normally talk about, because none of us want to face death in all of its awful potential, so you probably do not recieve the recognition that you deserve on a regular basis. I imagine that yours is not a fun job, but it is important and a useful job. Thank you so much for what you do. It is greatly appreciated.
Where to Start On July 2 2012 my son ended his short life. In the condition i was in, i was in no shape to look up a cleaning company or crime scene cleaning company. Thank god though the police had reffered me to you and you were more then any one could have expected. Thank you for everything you people did for me this terrible day.
